چکیده
Chlorophyll content has been used as an indicator for assessing photosynthetic ability, health and defense against a variety of degenerative diseases. Hyperspectral remote sensing offers some non-destructive methods played important role in evaluating vegetation characteristics. However, the prices traditional field portable spectroradiometers, such Ocean Optics Vis-NIR spectroradiometers Analytical Spectral Devices FieldSpec series, have not yet decreased to consumer levels, which prevents much practical use. Recently, fingertip-sized spectrometers developed then they could be powerful tools In present study, compact spectrometer (C12880MA-10, Hamamatsu Photonics) was evaluate chlorophyll tea leaves. Incorporating pre-processing techniques effective obtaining estimated values with high accuracy de-trending best technique this achieving RPD 2.03 RMSE 3.07 μg cm-2. The proposed method is cost effective, consumers apply will enable crop management.

Non-destructive Analysis Chlorophyll Content of Different Genotypes of Poplars Based on Hyperspectral Reflectance Data
Leaf Chlorophyll content (Ct) indicates plant physiological status and can be detected by hyperspectral measurements. However, it is difficult to conclude that different genotypes of same species have the same relationship with the hyperspectral data. The aim of this paper was to test that whether the different genotypes of same species have the similar relationship with hyperspectral reflectan...
متن کاملRelationships between leaf chlorophyll content and spectral reflectance and algorithms for non-destructive chlorophyll assessment in higher plant leaves.
Leaf chlorophyll content provides valuable information about physiological status of plants. Reflectance measurement makes it possible to quickly and non-destructively assess, in situ, the chlorophyll content in leaves. Our objective was to investigate the spectral behavior of the relationship between reflectance and chlorophyll content and to develop a technique for non-destructive chlorophyll...
متن کاملNon-Destructive Quality Evaluation of Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Seeds Using LED-Induced Hyperspectral Reflectance Imaging
In this study, we developed a viability evaluation method for pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) seeds based on hyperspectral reflectance imaging. The reflectance spectra of pepper seeds in the 400-700 nm range are collected from hyperspectral reflectance images obtained using blue, green, and red LED illumination. A partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model is developed to classify v...
متن کاملReflectance spectral features and non-destructive estimation of chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin content in apple fruit
Fruit reflectance spectra of five apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) cultivars (Zhigulevskoe, Antonovka, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious and Renet Simirenko) with a wide range of peel pigment (chlorophylls a and b , carotenoids and anthocyanins) content have been studied to develop non-destructive techniques for pigment assessment. In addition to chlorophylls, positions of in vivo absorption maxima ...
متن کاملNon-destructive determination of maize leaf and canopy chlorophyll content.
The objective of this study was to develop a rapid non-destructive technique to estimate total chlorophyll (Chl) content in a maize canopy using Chl content in a single leaf. The approach was (1) to calibrate and validate a reflectance-based non-destructive technique to estimate leaf Chl in maize; (2) to quantify the relative contribution of each leaf Chl to the total Chl in the canopy; and (3)...
